How long will it take to receive my order?

For products that are in stock and ready to ship, we process and dispatch them promptly through our designated shipping service partners. Availability status is displayed on each product page so you know whether an item can be shipped immediately, is temporarily unavailable, or is on pre-order.

When you place an order and it is accepted, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that your order has been received. For items marked as “available,” we typically process and hand them over to our shipper on the same business day when ordered before our cutoff time. Items listed as “available at short notice” will be dispatched as soon as possible, and if something is on “pre-order,” the estimated shipping timeframe depends on when the item becomes available from our supplier.

Please note that if your order is being shipped to a destination outside the European Union (but excluding certain partner countries), you as the buyer are responsible for ensuring that the shipment clears customs correctly in the destination country. If customs procedures are required, any duties or taxes applied by local authorities are borne by the recipient.

How are orders shipped?

You can use this tracking link to check the most current status of your delivery.

What happens if I am not at the delivery address?

If you are not present at the delivery address when the carrier attempts to deliver your package, the shipping partner will follow their standard process for unattended deliveries. This may involve leaving a notice that allows you to collect your parcel at a nearby pickup point, or leaving the package with a neighbor or in a secure location, depending on local delivery practices. Follow the instructions on the delivery notice to retrieve your order.

Inventory and stock management

We strive to keep our product availability up to date. Inventory levels are updated frequently, and if a product becomes out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you as soon as possible with updated information on when the item is expected to ship.
